FAQs - Mars 3.0
The Mars 3.0 supports up to 440 lbs, including the rider and cargo. The rear rack is rated to carry up to 100 lbs.
The Mars 3.0 is rated IPX5 water-resistant, meaning it’s safe to ride in light rain. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water.
The Mars 3.0 uses a torque sensor, which delivers a more natural and responsive ride by matching motor assistance to how hard you're pedaling. It feels like your own power is being amplified. In contrast, cadence sensors activate motor power based on pedaling motion alone, often resulting in more abrupt or less consistent acceleration.
A full-suspension ebike has both a front suspension fork and a rear suspension system (horst-link design). Compared to hardtail bikes which only have front suspension, full-suspension models provide better comfort, traction, and control—especially on rough or uneven terrain.
Yes. The Mars 3.0 includes both front and rear fenders as well as a rear rack, offering added protection and utility right out of the box.
