Warranty Regulations 

All goods carry a standard warranty offered under Canadian law; the hardware we sell is tested before we receive it. Please note warranty only covers a manufacturing defect, not a fault caused by incorrect use or assembly. Please check your order as soon as you receive it, if there is any concerns please contact us. Also, please keep the warranty and proof of purchase (i.e. receipt, email, etc.)

At EZWheel, we offer limited warranty

i) 6-month defect warranty for all electrical parts.

ii) 1-year warranty for motor. iii) Parts and labors are 100% covered. Shipping charges are on customer’s charge.

The warranty will not be covered under the following conditions:

1. Malfunction due to misuse, stunt or competition riding

2. Malfunction caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembling, or repair.

3. Accidental damage or malfunction due to unsuitable storage

4. Unmatched warranty/proof of purchase and product

5. Surface damages.

6. Disassembling parts unspecified by the manual.

7. Damage or malfunction caused by long rides in the rain/snow or soaking in water/ice.

8. Ripped, flat or leaking tire.

9. Wear and tear resulting from regular or irregular usage (including gradual degradation of the battery)

Returns & Exchange Policy

As long as the product is in brand new condition and returned within 14 days of purchase, the purchase is entitled to a refund. However, the customer is required to pay for any additional shipping and handling fees incurred. The refund will be processed once the item is verified to have been shipped back and received by the warehouse. We require that returns use a shipping method with tracking. If the item is lost before reaching us, it would be out of our area of responsibility.

 

For exchanges, product defect/s will be verified that it is due to craftsmanship. Any wear and tear will not be covered under warranty. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will provide a return shipping label and have a brand new one sent back out to you as soon as we receive the defective item.

All returns/exchanges are subject to validation and approval at EZWHEEL’s discretion.

EZWheel is not responsible for the goods while in transit to us or the cost of postage to return the goods to us, please make sure you have taken all precautions to insure you against loss. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage in transit. All our goods are checked during the QC process at the end of their manufacturing process before they are sent out. Any goods that are faulty must be returned, to EZWheel at the address listed on your invoice.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

EZWheel will not accept goods that have clearly been used more than required to test their functionality. Any goods returned which are found to be in working condition / failed due to lack of knowledge or because the goods have been used in an environment or manor without the proper protection EZWheel will not issue a refund. In this event the goods can either be returned to the end user at their own expense or disposed of, the choice will be the end users.

Improper use of any hardware that results in local or international laws being broken, damage to you, your property or a third party, in no way will EZWheel be held liable for any these damages whatsoever (including without limitation, personal injury, damages relating to lost revenues or profits, lost data, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunctions).
